Most Used Shipping Terms
Usually, when we quote you, we will use FOB incoterms, but if you want to use other shipping terms like EXW, C&F, CIF, etc, do tell us first. We also can provide you with door-to-door shipping service for any of your orders.

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight, volume and destination country of the specific order.
Ship
Generally, orders will be shipped within 5 working days after payment. If there are special circumstances, we will notify you separately on the website or via email that certain items in your order will be delayed in shipment. Please note that the expected delivery dates given are for reference only and orders may be delayed or shipped in batches for various reasons. All merchandise purchased through the Site will be processed pursuant to a shipping contract, which means that risk and title pass to you upon delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.
Shipping Address
We support global shipping. For smooth delivery, please be sure to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is prepared or shipped. If a package is returned because the address provided is inaccurate or incomplete, you will be contacted for corrections and additional shipping charges may apply.

Generally speaking, products with a shipping address in North America will be delivered within 15 working days after shipment, products with a shipping address in India will be delivered within 13 working days after shipment, and products with a shipping address in Europe will be delivered within 15 working days.
