A: We will provide the installation video of the machine and you can just install the machine follow our steps.

Q: Is the machine packaging good? Is it easy to damage?

 

A: We will use foam + carton + export wooden box to pack large machines to avoid damage during transportation.

1. Packaging Detail: standard export wooden case package or carton.

2. Shipping Way:

1) Small machine will shipped by express (DHL, UPS, FedEx and so on) or air.

2) Big order and large machine will shipped by sea.

3. Payment Type:

1) Standard payment terms: Pay 50% deposit in advance, 50% balance before shipment.

2) Online trade assurance order, all is up to you.

3) More payment terms could be provided (T/T, PAYPAL, Western Union).
