– PTFE Mesh –
eleclifeoem PTFE mesh, made of high-strength glass fiber or Kevlar as the base material, is woven into a high-strength mesh base fabric to provide strength and dimensional stability for PTFE fiberglass mesh; by coating Teflon resin; PTFE Coated provides temperature resistance, chemical resistance, antistatic and anti-stick properties for mesh fabrics. The continuous operating temperature of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric can reach -70 – 260 ℃, and it can be reinforced with stainless steel to increase the temperature resistance and durability further.
PTFE fiberglass mesh fabric has been developed for high-temperature, anti-stick, dry, high-strength applications such as food-grade conveyor belts, dryers, and household barbecue nets. PTFE mesh can also be manufactured into UV curing machine open mesh belts, microwave dryer conveyor belts, screen printing conveyor belts, photovoltaic industry stringer conveyor belts, and other applications.

Breathability and Dimensional Stability
Air permeability of the mesh belts reduces heat source consumption and improves drying efficiency. At the same time, the vertical weaving process and the strength of the glass fiber fabric ensure that the mesh cloth can have high tear strength and dimensional stability and is suitable for various wheel diameters. |

Resistant to High and Low Temperatures and Maintains Softness
196℃~260℃ can be used directly and continuously, anti-aging and weathering simultaneously. In the temperature range, the softness of the PTFE mesh fabric does not change significantly. |

Non-stick and Non-toxic
The excellent anti-friction coefficient makes the PTFE open mesh belt not afraid of oil and water. At the same time, in an environment of more than 315 degrees Celsius, PTFE will only vaporize into a colorless, odorless, and non-toxic gas. |

Chemical Resistance
PTFE open mesh fabric has excellent chemical inertness and does not react with acid and alkali liquids, so that can be used in various corrosive and alkali liquids. |

Dimensional Stability
At -70 – 260 ℃, the elongation of PTFE mesh glass fiber fabric does not exceed 5‰, and at the same time, the warp and weft directions have high tensile strength and excellent durability. |
