PAB Series Nema Planetary Reduction Reducer 20 1 Electric Gearbox Planetary for Delta Servo with Helical Gear

3F PAB series high precision planetary gearbox adopts the integrated design of planet carrier and output shaft to ensure the maximum torque stiffness and stability. Several backlash types can be chosen depends on customers’ needs: Micro precision backlash (P0), precision backlash (P1) and standard backlash (P2) are available. Thanks to the high cost performance of 3F PAB series planetary gearbox, it is widely used in motion control industries for servo application. 3F PAB precision gearboxes are featured with high torque and the input diameter D4 can be up to φ255mm, which can greatly meet the customer needs. Single-stage planetary gearboxes and two-stage gearboxes are available:

●One-stage ratio : 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
●Two-stage ratio: 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100
Note: Three-stage technical data are not available in 3F catalogue. If needed, please contact our salesmen.

3F Famed planetary gearboxes are applied in packing machines like the following single head tube filler, which is servo based precision tube filling machines. The following servo motor gearboxes are belong to our PAB series, which is high precision type of planetary gear box. The information of our gear reducers and servo motors are as followings:
1) PAB060-10-S2-P2 //Input size:11-60-75-M5 (φ5.8) VPL-B0752 Allen Bradley for 500w motor
2) PAB090-10-S2-P2//Input size:16-80-100-M6 (φ7) VPL-B1002 Allen Bradley for 750w motor
3) PAB115-40-S2-P2 //Input size:19-95-115-M8 (φ10) VPL-B1152 Allen Bradley for 1kw/2kw motor
And we customize the input sizes of our low backlash gearboxes according to the motor drawings as followings, according to which, we issed 2D & 3D drawings of gearboxes for our customer to check and confirm, if there’s no problems, we shall arrange the production of the gearbox according to the issued production drawings.
