Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trade company?
A1: We are a manufacturer , we have our own factory , we can guarantee the delivery and quality of our products.

Q2. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A2: Yes, we welcome sample testing. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. What about the lead time?
A3:Samples within 5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 200pcs.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A4: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is preferable for
bulk order.

Q5. Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A5: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.

Q6. Do you offer custom service?
A6: Yes, we can customize according to your design draft or requirements.We can also print your logo on it.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A7: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.
Secondly,during the guarantee period, we will send new lights or parts with new order for small quantity. For defective batch
products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
