– Teflon Coated Fiberglass Fabric –

PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics are composed of E-glass fabric and Teflon emulsion coating. Choice of single or double-sided coating. Fiberglass fabrics endow the product with excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability; PTFE coating makes the product utterly impermeable to liquids and has strong chemical resistance to various acidic and alkaline liquids. The optional smoothness of the surface allows it to be used as an anti-stick product with excellent repellency to any substances and materials. PTFE Fabric has excellent high-temperature resistance and can work continuously at a temperature of 288°C without any change.

Eleclifeoem PTFE fabrics are designed for anti-sticking applications, such as conveyor belts or release materials. It is also used in flue gas circuits in the cement industry as a barrier to gases, smoke, or vapors in compensating bars or expansion joints and as food-grade conveyor belts in the food processing industry. As it can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 288°C, it can also be used as a release agent in the textile industry’s thermoforming process of components or lamination and production processes.

PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics are extremely durable; under normal circumstances, the storage life expectancy exceeds 20 years, and the performance will not change over time.

Eleclifeoem PTFE coated glass fabric has passed the FDA food and drug safety regulations; and achieved the ISO 15025 A1-A2 level fire protection standard in the 2013 limited flame spread test method and the ASTM -D-5034-21 test (Standard Test Method for Breaking Strength and Elongation of Textile Fabrics), 0.13mm thickness of PTFE coated fabric tensile strength: Warp-1450 NT, Fill-1300 NT.
