– Acrylic Coated Fiberglass Fabric –
Acrylic fiberglass-coated fabric is a fiberglass base cloth coated with acrylic on the surface. The acrylic fiberglass fabric is smooth, soft, and compact. The glass fiber surface is covered with acrylic acid and other unique sizing materials to fix the lines, enhance the wear resistance of the cloth surface, and significantly improve the glass’s oil solvent and high-temperature resistance fiber cloth. This fabric is ideal for fire blankets, welding curtains, and protection covers.

Excellent Flame Retardancy
Although the maximum temperature resistance of the acrylic coating can only reach 150 degrees Celsius, the base fabric can still work at 550 degrees Celsius, which is sufficient for general spark protection use. |

Very High-Cost Performance
Although the coating of acrylic fabric is not as good as silicone-coated fabric or high-silica glass fiber fabric in long-term high-temperature environments, its price is only 1/2 of that of silicone-coated glass fiber fabric, so it is more suitable for long-term mass production and consumables. |
